Prof. Kitrosser Speaks on WCCO Radio About Justice Scalia

Professor Heidi Kitrosser spoke on "News and Views" with Roshini Rajkumar about Justice Scalia's legacy and passing. Kitrosser described the interpretive methodology--public meaning originalism--to which Justice Scalia adhered. She also discussed the legal and political significance of some Republicans' promises to block any nomination made to the Supreme Court by President Obama.
