Dean Wippman Comments on Independent Investigation in Afghan Hospital Bombing

Dean David Wippman was quoted in an article in Mashable.com about the recent airstrike on a hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan. Doctors Without Borders have called for an independent investigation, but Wippman notes, “It seems unlikely that the U.S. or Afghanistan would consent, simply because both countries are going to conduct their own investigations."
