Prof. Carpenter Writes and Speaks on Same-Sex Marriage Ruling

Professor Dale Carpenter wrote a piece entitled "Marriage" for the Volokh Conspiracy blog in the Washington Post following the Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell v. Hodges.
