Professor Peter L. Strauss of Columbia Law School reviewed Professor Heidi Kitrosser's book, Reclaiming Accountability: Transparency, Executive Power, and the U.S. Constitution, in a symposium issue of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Strauss, one of the leading authorities on presidential control of the administrative state, wrote in a book jacket review comment that Kitrosser's book is a "brilliant" and "thoughtful response" to arguments for extensive presidential control of the administrative state.
