Professor Hari Osofsky was interviewed by Roshini Rajkumar ('97) on WCCO News Radio's News And Views for a segment entitled "Can Lawsuits Change Minds When it Comes to Climate Change?" Osofsky recently wrote a new book, Climate Change Litigation: Regulatory Pathways to Cleaner Energy (Cambridge University Press, 2015), with Jacqueline Peel. The discussion focused not only on the regulatory role of litigation, but also on the possibilities for constructive ways forward in a partisan environment.
