Prof. Clarke Interviewed for RightsCast on Sexual Harassment Law

Professor Jessica Clarke was interviewed about her Duke Law Journal article, "Inferring Desire," for the RightsCast podcast. Clarke's article discusses courts' tendency to treat sexual desire as a requirement in sexual harassment cases. Moreover, courts reduce the "desire" inquiry into a question of whether the plaintiff was gay in same-sex harassment cases, and often treat sexual harassment cases differently depending on whether the plaintiff and the harasser are the same or opposite sexes.
