Prof. Casper Quoted in Pioneer Press on Eighth Circuit Asylum Precedent

Professor Benjamin Casper, director of the Center for New Americans, was quoted in Ruben Rosario's Pioneer Press column in an article entitled "Lakeville Man's Asylum Case has National Implications." Casper criticized controversial U.S. asylum precedents that bar protection to persons who, as a matter of conscience, resist violent criminal gangs.
