Hall in Pioneer Press on U.S. Supreme Court Case

Professor Hall was recently interviewed and quoted by the Pioneer Press in a major article regarding Riegal v. Medtronic, a case recently argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. The case involves the question of whether FDA approval and regulation of high risk medical devices preemption certain state tort lawsuits.
