On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, Professor Robert Stein ’61 will present "Some Thoughts About Current Criticisms of the Supreme Court of the United States" at a celebratory event marking his 50 years of teaching at Minnesota Law. Following the lecture, please join us for a reception in Auerbach Commons to congratulate Professor Stein on this milestone and to recognize him for his innumerable contributions to the Law School.

Stein, Fraser Professor of Law, Distinguished Global Professor, joined the faculty in 1964, three years after receiving his J.D. summa cum laude from Minnesota Law. His long and illustrious career at the Law School includes 15 years serving as its dean (1979-94). He has received the University President's Award for Outstanding Service (2017) and the University's Global Engagement Award (2016).
