Professor Aziz Huq, from the University of Chicago, is a former law clerk to late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and is the author of How to Save a Constitutional Democracy. Professor Steve Vladeck, from the University of Texas, is a co-host of the popular National Security Law Podcast, and has also written extensively on federal courts.
