Professor Contreras to testify before Senate Judiciary IP subcommittee on RESTORE Patent Rights Act

On December 18, Visiting Professor Jorge Contreras will testify before the U.S. Senate Judiciary subcommittee on intellectual property concerning the proposed RESTORE Patent Rights Act, a bill that would reverse portions of the Supreme Court's 2006 decision in eBay v. MercExchange, establishing the test for issuing permanent injunctive relief in patent cases.
