Prof. Jill Hasday Interviewed by MinnPost About SAVE America Act

Professor Jill Hasday, Distinguished McKnight University Professor and Centennial Professor in Law, was interviewed by MinnPost about the SAVE America Act. The U.S. Senate adjourned without taking action on the SAVE America Act. Minnesota election officials and voting rights experts no longer expect the legislation to pass this year. Regarding SAVE, Prof. Hasday said, “The thing that’s really important to understand is the SAVE America Act is targeting a problem that doesn’t exist and would disenfranchise literally millions of Americans.”
