Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Quoted by MS NOW About Legitimacy of Justice Department

Professor Alan Rozenshtein was quoted by MS NOW regarding a second indictment against former FBI Director James Comey. Comey’s indictment stems from a claim by the U.S. Department of Justice that he threatened Donald Trump through a social media photo. In the MS NOW piece, the indictment was compared to the first indictment against Comey last September, which was later dismissed, as again being without merit and that the president’s political opponents are prosecuted by the Justice Department at his command. In response to the first indictment against Comey, Prof. Rozenshtein told the New York Times, “What we are seeing is the almost wholesale collapse of the Justice Department as an organization based on the rule of law.”
