Dean William McGeveran, William S. Pattee Professor of Law, was interviewed by MPR News as part of a panel discussing digital privacy and people’s legal rights. Federal agents in the Twin Cities are currently using digital surveillance technology such as facial recognition and social media monitoring to identify immigrants and track protesters and observers.
