Prof. Daniel Schwarcz Authors Article Regarding Performance of AI-Assisted Lawyers

Professor Daniel Schwarcz authored an article in Insurance Thought Leadership about new evidence showing that AI-assisted lawyers outperforming their peers. As a result, it’s putting more AI-cautious law firms at a growing competitive disadvantage. He wrote, “The question that actually matters is not whether AI can perform legal tasks on its own, but whether lawyers using AI outperform comparable lawyers who do not. Until recently, the answer to that question was unclear at best. Now, emerging evidence suggests it is beginning to turn decisively in AI’s favor.”
