Prof. Edward Adams Quoted in Star Tribune About Minnesota Rusco Filing for Bankruptcy

Professor Edward Adams, Howard E. Buhse Professor of Finance and Law, was quoted in the Minnesota Star Tribune about Minnesota Rusco filing for bankruptcy. The business claims to have no more than $10 million in assets but with debts totaling more than $100 million and owed to as many as 1,000 creditors, many of whom are homeowners who made down payments for future remodeling jobs. Of Rusco’s sizable debt relative to assets, Prof. Adams said, “They were operating this business on the razor’s edge.”
