Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Gives Stranahan Lecture at Toledo Law

Professor Alan Rozenshtein gave the lecture at the Stranahan National Issues Forum at the University of Toledo College of Law. His lecture topic was “The Unitary Artificial Executive.” In his lecture, Prof. Rozenshtein said, “Previous expansions of presidential power were still constrained by human limitations.
