Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Named Senior Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Law and AI
Prof. Alan Rozenshtein has been named a senior visiting fellow at the Institute for Law and AI (LawAI). LawAI is an independent think tank that researches and advises on the legal challenges posed by artificial intelligence, in the hopes that sound legal analysis will promote security, welfare, and the rule of law.
Rozenshtein is an associate professor of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School, research director at Lawfare, a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, and a term member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
His current research focuses on open source AI, First Amendment limits on AI regulation, and the interaction between AI and executive power.
