Professor Ilan Wurman, Julius E. Davis Professor of Law, co-authored an op-ed in the New York Times about Donald Trump’s executive order that challenges the provision in the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that grants citizenship to all people born or naturalized in the United States.
