Prof. Matthew Bodie Quoted in CBS News on Firing of NLRB Member Gwynne Wilcox

Prof. Matthew Bodie, Robins Kaplan Professor of Law, was quoted in CBS News Moneywatch regarding President Trump’s termination of National Labor Relations Board Member Gwynne Wilcox prior to the expiration of her term.  Regarding the implications for the Board’s continued functioning, Bodie said, “There are some people who are concerned that the Trump administration will take its time to fill those three positions, or not fill them at all, so it renders the agency toothless at some level.”
