Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Quoted by Time on the SCOTUS TikTok Case

The Supreme Court of the United States will soon hear the oral arguments for a case regarding TikTok, and whether the owners of the app will need to sell the app to a U.S. company in order to continue operating in the United States. Reflecting on the case, Prof. Rozenshtein stated, “If the Court upholds the law, it will almost certainly do so on relatively narrow grounds. It might not tell us a lot about social media regulation generally.”
