Prof. Liliana Zaragoza Co-Authors Op-Ed in Minnesota Daily About SDS Protest at Morrill Hall

Professor Liliana Zaragoza co-authored an op-ed in the Minnesota Daily about the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) that occupied Morrill Hall earlier this fall. The group was protesting the University’s decision to not pursue divestment of Israel in the wake of the Israel-Gaza war. The authors said, “University leadership has chosen to be on the wrong side of the largest and most significant campus protest movement of our moment.”
