
Prof. Jorge Contreras’ book Sub-Patent Innovation Rights: Utility Models, Petty Patents and Innovation Patents Around the World released by Cambridge University Press
Cambridge University Press has just released a new edited volume by Visiting Professor Jorge Contreras, Sub-Patent Innovation Rights: Utility Models, Petty Patents and Innovation Patents Around the World. The book is the product of an international collaborative research effort by legal scholars from six continents. It is the first book-length study of intellectual property rights awarded for innovations that fall below the inventive threshold for patents. The book is freely available on an open access basis. This is Prof. Contreras’s 14th book and his 6th with Cambridge.
