Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Interviewed on Politico Tech Podcast about TikTok Case Before the U.S. Supreme Court

Professor Alan Rozenshtein appeared on the Politico Tech podcast to discuss today's TikTok case before the U.S. Supreme Court. The ban on the popular app is set to take effect on January 19. Once the ban takes place users will not be able to download the app from any app store. Rozenshtein, associate professor of law, does not think the Court will side with President-elect Trump's request to pause the ban until a solution can be found. Rozenshtein highlighted the concerns about first amendment rights and national security concerns and suggests both are play for the Court's consideration.
