Mornings at Mondale

The hybrid model has introduced flexibility but also unique wellness risks, including professional isolation, blurred work-life boundaries, and "Zoom fatigue." Unchecked, these factors can lead to chronic stress, burnout, and substance use issues, all of which directly compromise an attorney's duty of competence and diligence.

This CLE session leverages insights to provide participants with practical, actionable strategies for fostering connection, maintaining boundaries, and ensuring professional competence in a remote or hybrid environment. Panelists will explore how to intentionally build a supportive culture that mitigates the professional isolation inherent in virtual or hybrid practice.
