Moot Court Competition Team: National Health Law Transactional Moot Court Team – 7048

The Health Law Transactional team is unique in that it focuses on health law in the transactional setting. Students work together to research and write a comprehensive memorandum to submit to a simulated corporate client. The memorandums are evaluated by the competition, and the top 8 teams advance to a presentation round, where they present their findings and recommendations to a fictional corporate board.
