Reading Seminar: Critical Theory & Legal Strategy

This reading group focuses on critical legal theoretical traditions and legal strategy. We will read and discuss key texts featuring interlocking debates among the critical traditions past and present. We will look at debates on rights, reform, courts, and constitutionalism. Students will be asked to bring into the class issues and areas of practice they are passionate about and have experience with.
