Professional Responsibility - Civil Trial Lawyer – 6663

The goal of this class is to learn the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and be able to apply them to situations involving ethical issues, with an emphasis on (but not completely limited to) civil litigation situations.

Course Equivalency

Students may NOT earn credit if LAW 6661 PR-General, LAW 6662 PR-Business, LAW 6664 PR-Criminal Law Ethics, LAW 6665 PR-Government, or LAW 6667 PR-Legal Malpractice was previously completed.
